Do you think I'll ever get my daughter back?

I at once was a military wife where my daughters father went to sea when she was 4 days old. When our daughter was 2 1/2 I told him I wanted a divorce however I moved to the state where his new orders were so they could have a father daughter relationship. When we got here things were going fairly well until he met his new wife. At our temp orders hearing he requested a cfi to and she did a report on the whole situation. The report needless to say was totally bogus and went completely his way. At first the judge did not give to much credit to it granting me 50/50parentingg however outside final orders my exs lawyer and this women was waiting outside the courthouse for my bf and myself to come out. The lawyer started on us saying " you got something to say to me" at first we tried to let things go but he kept on and we finally had words. The lawyer then went back up to the judge told them of what happend but we came onto them first. I was then ordered into supervised vists as well as anger management as well as my bf. We completed that and my daughters father gave her back to me 50/50. ( I believe it was because I told him there was a spot in head start where she was ordered and he did not want to rake her there knowing hed be in contempt if he didnt) we came to an agreement she would stay in the daycare facility she was in ( that her stepmother worked for) A month later he wrote to the judge with lies most of which I was able to prove with statements from the school. I had an issue with the school because I saw her stepmother in the same cl with my daughter ( part of our cour torder agreement that they not be in the same cl). I took the issue to the ditrectors and they began yelling at me and my bf. They told me i wasnt welcome in the center because I was asking for too many statements and my bf wasnt welcome because of yelling and using profanity. We had on recording that they were the ones yelling at us and that could prove these things to be a lie but unfortunitly it was misplaced. At court the directors were there to stand up for my ex and lied against me again. The judge allowed my daughter to continue in the center she was in as well as put me back on supervised visits. I feel my ex got exactly what he wnted and will never give her back. She is in the center he wants out of convienence for him as well as me not in the picture. Please somebody give me some advise as to how to win my daughter back. My father told me the other day " I need to learn to get over things" I believe he is right and conseling may help but I also feel no matter what I do he will never give her back nor will the judge.
