Why are there no referendums in the U.S.?

We follow the law of the land, our Constitution. We the people did vote and this is what we get for our trouble. We have been too long in a relaxed and inattentive condition so we are nearly as guilty as those in power who abuse it. Now, we need to follow the parameters of the Constitution and remove the traitors currently in control, but we need to act swiftly and decisively due to the fact that the traitors are fully aware of time constraints when following the rules.
