Help! yota guys help me out?

i have a 1983 toyota with a 22r 4cyl 5 speed sittin on 35s 4th and 5th gear are pretty much useless so i wanna get gears but what ratio should i put in it? this truck is a daily driver and i will do a lil muddin and crwlin on the weekends but mostly it will be on the road. so 4.88s 5.13s or 5.29s?
