I'm looking to lose about 25 pounds. what would be an ideal workout regimen for me to do that?

i'm 5'9, about 205 right now. i'd like to get down to the 175-180 range i once was. im only 23 years old, and i kinda stopped carrying about how i looked for a while (bad idea). if someone could just give me a rundown of what i could do in every workout, that would be great. i'd like to work out 4 or 5 times a week, so if you could explain what i should do each day, that would help alot too. im not a huge fan of running but thats mostly due to me being out of shape. i have no problem changing my diet (i already started to cut bak on a few things). any info would be great
