Does this mean my wisdom teeth are coming in?

I got spacers two days again and today I woke and looked at my teeth and the the top of my gum where my wisdom teeth are suppose to be where light pink. I used mouthwash and now it's not light pink anymore. What does this mean? My orthodontist said there isn't any reason to worry about my wisdom teeth as of right now when I went for consultation.
