What should I do if i mistakenly took the sugar pill instead of the 1st week pill?

I wouldn't worry because being on the pill for 6 months is a long time, your body is used to taking it everyday. Birth Control takes two days to get out of your system anyways. so since you took all three on the third day you should be alright. When i went to get my birth control they told me that if i ever decided that i wanted to have a child, to get off the pill a couple months before i planed on having one because it takes a while for your body to re-adjust. i wouldn't stress it too much. they say the more you stress, the longer it takes for your period to come! You'll be alright. Just continue to take your birth control on a daily basis and dont even worry about the sugar pill. Just dont take it that day..they dont do anything anyways.
