I need some help for my BFF?

Hey guys! I really need help. Two of my BFF's ex are bombarding her and saying all sorts of stuff to her. And she's really down and wants to run away from home..and it's not even her fault. What do I do to cheer her up? I've tried to console her, it's not working! Please help!
