Is it possible for a full-stack amps to be separate as half-stack?

I found a really good full stack to spend less than 900$ on it. I want to leave 1 half at my church and the other at home so I don't have to lug them all the time and so I can carry my amp head if I want. Will the sound quality be the same still?
