If illegals do not use stolen SSN'S why does this article show they do ?

I know they do because i work for a company who hires landscapers and housemaids. I am constantly getting these social security cards where the Font is all off balance or its the wrong typeset. Im like, how retarded are these people who make these fake cards. They even sign their employment doents spelling their names wrong.
