First off, turbo is the most effecient because it doesnt drive off the engine with a belt like a supercharger does... second of all if you want to run high boost with a supercharger or a turbo for that fact those high dome pistons you have wont be of much use to you. Domed pistons create high compression and you want lower compression to run high boost and get the power you're looking for.
