Scab underneath fingernail - should I rip the whole nail off!?!? HELP?

No you don't need to have your nail ripped off. It will grow out along with the nail it's not an actual hard dry scab like you get on your knee. If your a girl put some polish over it so you don't have to look at it until it grows out.
