Will Christianity exist in 20,000 years?

I think we could reach a point where dogma effects speciation. I wonder which set will be more equipped to survive. On the one hand, it seems like a no-brainer that those who value science will fare better, but the born-again set reproduces at a great er rate and that could be just as powerful. Probably not a great answer, but it would make a cool sci-fi movie.
