Working full time, farming part-time?

I have this idea of having a small-scale organic farm (hopefully with sheep, goats, pigs, chickens and maybe some apiaries) while my fiancee and I work (she full-time, myself part-time) off of the farm. Is an endeavour like this feasible? Is it realistic or am I idealizing too much? I understand full well that it would be a lot of work and am prepared for that.
