Do i have a poltegeist or a ghost in my house? need answer fast?

Hello! I remember as a child hearing pots move in kichen. and then seeing eyes on walls but they had stoped for 6 years and now they are back. Tonight it started all over again. I can swear that i closed a closet after puting my shoes in there and the closet is shut strong. And then i went to my room about an hour later i came out of my room and the closet was open. So i thought what the hell lets just close it. Then i went to kichen to take a drink of water. I turned on the light and then i felt strange in my body like someone was there! i looked behind me and there was no one. I was looking at the door way and drinking gl of water. When the gl was empty i turned to the sink and refilled it to take the water to my room. And when i turned around then i saw a "shadow being" a human shadow as tall as me fastly running in kichen door and dissapearing! Oh i forgot last year we was in a skyscr hallway suddenly lights turned on and you cant turn them on when you are on 16th floor you can turn them on when you are on 0 floor but no one was there it was only us. After the lights went on we saw a shadow moving up at speed that humant cant run 5 floors in matter of seconds! but enugh with that. I came out of my room again 2 hours later to go to toilet and the closet was open again. i closed it once more and went to toilet knowing that this cant be real! Then i went back to my room leaving the light on in the livingroom. After a while i went to check on the door again and now it was closed but it has 2 doors one down and one up the door that was down was opening always that night and now there was poen the upper door. I didnt close it cause i thought that it shuld be like it. better not to touch. I went in my bed turned off tv lights and stuff and then suddenly i heard the closet close with a bang i woke up and thought wtf was that ! before that i heard footsteps on the ceiling! and in the other room! no one else heard the bang but me ! what is going on! cause im terrified to death i am affraid to fall a sleep!
