I have and wonder if i now have hiv as well?

My wife and I split up about a month ago and right after that I had with someone. I then gave to someone else. I have been more stressed out in this last month the in my whole life. Along with my wife leaveing I also have to move and don't have a place to move to or money to move with.about 7 days ago my stress got realllllllly bad. I also have not benn sleeping good or eating good. I noticed my outbreak 5 days ago it hasn't sped its in the same spot but it is more red around the blisters my neck hurts I've had a fever. But no sore throat no vomiting no diarhea. I do have a head ach. I can eat like normal. Is my a little worse because of all the stress and lack of takeing care of myself. Or do I have hiv
