Whats wrong with indicator/brake lights on truck?

With my 1969 international Truck, when the left indicator is on the park lights turn on (well, flicker a bit). No brake lights at all, but the right indicator works fine. Bulbs all fine, cleaned all I could with spray cleaner/lubricant but no luck.
