I need help? Did I screw up or am I being paranoid?

I have been seeing this girl for about 2 weeks. The first date was a hit!!! We ended with about 6 kisses and a little tounge (by her). The second date about 4 days later. We went out to eat and rented a couple movies and went back to her apt. We cuddled, kissed a little, held hands, found each others ticklish spots and watched the movies. After the movies were done, we made out for about 2 hours. She wanted to take things slow (in getting to the having part) it was getting late and she had to study for a test, i kissed her good nite and went home. We were to go out saturday but she had somthing come up. She called me saturday afternoon and invited me to have supper at her parents house. i went and met her family, It went good. I told her i would call her sunday, I did, no answer, called monday, no answer, called today no answer, i left voicemail messages and text her the last 3 days no returns. Did i screw up or am i just unpatient? we talked every nite up til then.
